24th – Mel Morris

So here it is, window 24. The double doors when you were a kid, the extra large chocolate now. Thanks to everyone has tweeted, re-tweeted, commented or just read the articles, it is all appreciated. Thanks also to Stew, Joel, Jon and Olly for their cracking contributions.

To conclude this campaign there is only one person it can be – Derby County owner, chief investor and all round local hero, Mr Mel Morris.

23rd – George Thorne

Today, the 23rd of December is my son’s birthday, so it seems fitting that today’s piece is focused on his favourite player, mercurial Rams CDM, holding midfielder, quarter back, deep lying midfielder, “number 4” (choose your favourite) – George Thorne.

22nd – Paul Clement

As we hit the home straight, it’s time to roll out the big guns, so today it’s Derby County Head Coach Paul Clement.

Paul has only been with us a relatively short space of time but already he has created a totally different feel around all first team activities.

21st – Bradley Johnson

20th – Richard Keogh

After yesterday fantastic battling win at Ipswich, its another topical post; this time focusing on biblical Rams centre half, Richard Keogh.

You all know Keogh’s story and I am not going to tell you anything new here. However the renaissance of the man and the player is just so epic, I decided it would be criminal not to include Richard in this series of articles………like you say.

18th – Mason Bennett

Behind window number 18 we have Rams U-21 power house Mason Bennett.

Amazingly Mason is still only 19 and isn’t 20 until next July, yet to his credit and now perhaps to his disadvantage, he has been around the first team for the best part of five years.

17th – Will Hughes

Today we have another guest post. This ones from the hardest working man in the Derby County blogosphere and the creator of the original and best Derby County Podcast. Its DCFC Podcast head honcho, Joel Clyne.

16th – The January Transfer Window

I trust everyone is suitably beaming from last nights destruction of Bristol City? However behind todays window is the infamous January transfer window.

Recent Rams history is littered with January window disasters where we have gone big or not gone at all, much to everyone’s frustration. So what’s in store this time?
