Hull City Post Match – Good Vibrations
Yesterday at Pride Park saw a no nonsense, comprehensive win for the Rams against in form Hull City.
Whilst this wasn’t the ‘mauling’ we normally give the Tigers at Pride Park (with one obvious exception) and didn’t move us up the table, it was a solid enough win to receive almost unanimous positive vibes from the DCFC massive – which is an achievement in its self!

Hull Away Part 1 – Tigers Mauled!
Last night I went to the first of our double header against Hull to witness the Rams thumping 4-0 win in the Carabao Cup.
Never before has six English pounds delivered so much value at a game of football with goals and chances galore and the all new Rams forward line generally running riot! Here’s some thoughts on what went down.

New Boys – Curtis Davies
Gary Rowett’s first signing for DCFC is in the can and seems to have met with widespread approval from the Rams massive. Certainly £500k seems a good deal for a player of Curtis Davies pedigree and a potential new skipper for Derby.

How to get promoted
During the ’30 days’, we’ve called in a few of our friends to make contributions along the way. Today we have the man formerly known as The Hull Fan At Work on duty. I say “formerly known as” as a) I don’t work with him any more and 2) as of June, he won’t be working at all. Most of us saw Derby lose at least once to Hull City last season and were left wondering “how are they at the top and we’re not?”. That’s no disrespect to the Tigers, like us under Silly (okay, that is disrespect) they consistently ground out narrow victories. Whilst I think of a new nickname for TMFKATHFAW (The Man Formerly Known As….), you can read the thoughts of the man himself…
